Redwoods Media Games

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Redwoods Media Holdings LLC (“Redwoods Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our mobile games, including Fiery Nebula, and other games and interactive applications that we may publish in the future (collectively, the “Games”).

This policy applies to Games published by Redwoods Media unless a particular Game provides a separate or supplemental privacy notice.

1. Information We Collect

Redwoods Media designs its Games to minimize the direct collection of personal information.

Most of our Games do not require users to create a Redwoods Media account, provide their name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or other directly identifying information in order to play.

However, our Games may use third-party services that automatically collect certain technical, device, usage, advertising, diagnostic, or transaction-related information.

Depending on the Game and the services it uses, this information may include:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or app-specific identifiers;
  • device type, operating system, language, and technical configuration;
  • app launches, taps, screen interactions, advertising interactions, and other gameplay or app-usage events;
  • crash reports, performance information, diagnostics, and similar technical data;
  • advertising and attribution information; and
  • information relating to in-app purchases, such as the purchased product, purchase status, and entitlement information.

We do not receive or store users' full payment-card details. Purchases made through an app store are processed by the applicable platform provider.

2. Advertising

Some Redwoods Media Games may display advertising.

We may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. These services may automatically collect and share information including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, and related technical information.

Such information may be used for purposes including:

  • displaying and measuring advertising;
  • advertising or marketing;
  • analytics;
  • fraud prevention, security, and compliance; and
  • improving advertising and service performance.

Advertising providers operate under their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.

Where applicable, users may be able to control, reset, restrict, or delete advertising identifiers through their device or platform settings.

3. Analytics and Diagnostics

Our Games may use analytics, crash-reporting, performance-monitoring, or similar services.

These services may process information concerning:

  • Game launches and usage;
  • interactions with Game features;
  • crashes, errors, and technical failures;
  • device and operating-system characteristics;
  • performance and stability; and
  • other technical information needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Games.

We may use this information to understand how our Games perform, identify technical problems, improve gameplay, and maintain service reliability.

4. In-App Purchases

Some Games may offer optional in-app purchases.

Purchases made through Google Play, the Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, or another distribution platform are processed by that platform or its payment providers.

Redwoods Media does not receive users' complete credit-card, bank-account, or other payment credentials.

We may receive or process limited purchase-related information required to:

  • confirm that a purchase occurred;
  • provide purchased content or benefits;
  • restore eligible purchases;
  • prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • provide customer support.

5. Game Progress and Local Data

Games may store progress, settings, achievements, inventory, preferences, or similar Game information locally on the user's device.

Some future Games may also offer cloud saving, cross-device synchronization, online services, or optional user accounts. If those features materially change the types of personal information we collect or process, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Online, Social, and Future Game Features

Future Redwoods Media Games may include additional features such as:

  • cloud saves;
  • achievements or leaderboards;
  • online multiplayer;
  • optional player profiles;
  • account systems;
  • community or social features;
  • notifications;
  • customer-support tools; or
  • additional analytics or advertising services.

Where such features involve additional collection or processing of personal information, we will provide appropriate disclosures and update this Privacy Policy when necessary.

We do not use this policy as authorization to collect unrestricted categories of information. Materially different data practices will be disclosed before or when they are introduced.

7. How Information Is Used

Information processed through our Games or their third-party services may be used to:

  • operate and provide the Game;
  • maintain Game functionality;
  • save or restore purchases and entitlements;
  • display and measure advertising;
  • perform analytics;
  • diagnose crashes and technical problems;
  • improve performance and gameplay;
  • protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
  • comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • respond to support requests.

We do not sell users' directly identifying personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Games may use services provided by third parties, including app stores, advertising providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, crash-reporting services, and other technology providers.

Examples may include:

  • Google Play;
  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
  • Apple App Store;
  • Samsung Galaxy Store; and
  • other distribution, advertising, analytics, payment, or infrastructure providers used by individual Games.

These third parties may collect or process information independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

Redwoods Media does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Data Sharing

Information may be disclosed or made available to third-party service providers when necessary to operate the Games, provide advertising, process purchases, perform analytics, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Redwoods Media, our users, or others;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
  • facilitate a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed through our Games.

Third-party services used by our Games may use their own security measures, including encryption in transit.

No electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Redwoods Media retains information under its direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, security, legal, accounting, and support purposes.

Data processed independently by third-party services is retained according to those providers' respective policies.

Because many Redwoods Media Games do not require user accounts and may not directly store personal information about individual players, Redwoods Media may have no directly identifiable user record to delete.

Where a future Game provides an account or directly stores personal information, users may request deletion of eligible data by contacting us at the address below.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Games are not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

Individual Games may have their own age rating or intended audience.

If we learn that we have directly collected personal information from a child in circumstances where parental consent or another legal basis was required and was not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

13. International Processing

Third-party services used by our Games may process information in countries other than the country in which a user lives.

Where applicable, those providers are responsible for implementing appropriate legal mechanisms governing their processing and international transfers.

14. User Choices and Rights

Depending on a user's jurisdiction, applicable law may provide rights relating to personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

Users may also have privacy controls available through:

  • their mobile device;
  • their Google, Apple, or other platform account;
  • advertising-ID settings;
  • app-store privacy controls; and
  • consent controls provided by applicable advertising or platform services.

Requests relating to information directly controlled by Redwoods Media may be submitted through the contact information below.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Games, services, technology, legal obligations, or data practices evolve.

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown above and publish the revised policy.

Users should review this policy periodically.
